This program addresses everything needed to keep your Spyder in top ryding condition, and in a way that recognizes the value of your time. It is designed to increase both your enjoyment and the availability of your Spyder by providing these key components:
Priority service: You move to the head of the line. When we schedule your service, you are given priority on dates and times that fit your needs.
While-you-wait service: When you schedule your service you will be given an estimate on how much time your appointment will take, so you can decide to wait or come back later. If you stay, you may use the PC workstations with internet access in our customer lounge.
Proactive service alerts: In the event a service bulletin is issued, you will be automatically and promptly notified by phone and email as to the nature of the issue, its seriousness, how it affects your Spyder, and when you should come in for the remedial service.
The Preferred Service Program offers a range of payment options. In addition to paying at the time of service delivery, you may also choose to prepay one, two or three year’s service for significant savings.
