Shipping Rates:
All shipping and handling charges calculated on this site are an estimated cost. We reserve the right to notify you of any additional fees due to cover the actual shipping expenses plus a nominal packing charge if applicable. These shipping rates apply to the continental US.

Shipping Information:
We utilize UPS Ground Service for all orders shipped as it is our most economical shipping option. Orders are subject to a nominal packing charge where applicable. Please also note that we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses, hotels, private mail boxes (PMB), freight forwarders, post office boxes, or international locations.

UPS Ground Service shipping times may vary depending on your location.

For items that can be ordered in our Online SpeedShop, exact shipping charges can be requested by calling or via e-mail. Our Online SpeedShop currently estimates shipping charges actual shipping charges are based on the exact shipping weight of your order and the location they are being shipped to plus a nominal packing charge if applicable and insurance. Typically, shipping runs approximately $5 to $10 per order, slightly more on larger items and/or larger orders. All parts are shipped FOB California SpeedSports, Inc., Livermore, California.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For fastest processing be sure to enter your billing information EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card statement. If necessary, you will be able to indicate a different shipping address before you finalize this order. If this address differs from your credit card billing address, further verification will be required, which could delay the shipment of your order.

To place an order with California SpeedSports, Inc., your billing and shipping address must be in the United States and your credit card must be issued in the United States.

Shipping to an address OTHER than the billing address:
For everyones security, it is our policy to only ship orders to the billing address of the credit card holder. You may however call your credit card company and have an "alternate" shipping address added to your account. We apologize in advance that we cannot make exceptions to any of these policies.

Back Orders:
You will be notified in the event of a back ordered item. We don't hold pending back orders; please reorder.

Claims:
Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that if will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within five days of invoice date.

Return Policy:
California SpeedSports, Inc., will not accept goods for credit without prior authorization. All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of invoice date. To request a return, notify us by phone or in writing to receive your return authorization number. All returns sent to us are required to have the return authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the package. All freight charges must be prepaid on returns and insured for your protection. Any products accepted for credit must be in new condition and in the original containers. All non-defective returns will be credited to your parts account at your cost, less a 20% restocking charge, unless fault lies with California SpeedSports, Inc. All other claims or disputes will be handled on a case by case basis.
