Aprilia Service, Repair and Parts
When establishing Aprilia in the USA, the initial concern was the availability of parts and technical support. To satisfy these concerns, Aprilia has chosen Standard Corporation for it's warehousing needs and Ryder Logistics for the shipment of these items to dealers. Aprilia is fast setting the standard for European parts and servicefulfillment. Parts are ordered and received by Aprilia USA, Inc. in advance of the receipt of bikes, optimizing parts availability to the dealer and consumer.
In tech support, the goal is to train our dealer's technicians before we ship products to them. At Aprilia USA headquarters, we have an in-house technical training facility that allows technicians to learn the theory of our products in the classroom and gain hands on training in a service area. To further enhance this training, a technical support hot line is always available to the technicians for direct communication with factory representatives.
Aprilia is committed to investing in the future. To assure our future growth, Aprilia has completed it's state-of-the-art production facility in Northern Italy. Aprilia's new facility has the capability of producing more than 2500 units per day. Additionally, Aprilia recently opened an engine development and manufacturing facility in San Marino, Italy. It began production of smaller displacement engines in early 1999.
