Davida UK Ltd. designs and manufactures all their helmets at the Davida workshops located near Liverpool in England. Their design engineers work hand in hand with their team of technicians to constantly improve quality and performance. Each helmet is individually hand built to precise standards with the manufacturing procedure carefully regulated. The latest line of Classic Jet helmets maintain the highest standards of quality control required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 218 safety standards and Europe's ECE R22-04 safety standard certification.
 Each stage of the manufacturing process receives meticulous attention to detail. Carefully selected hides of the very best leather are cut and sewn by hand to form the finely tailored interior. The plush leather is generously padded and quilted to provide a superb level of comfort while exceptionally reducing road noise. Natural leather improves with age and gains that worn-in feeling that you can only get with real leather.
Davida recognizes that only a fully lined leather interior is comfortable in all climates. As Nick Sanders (Around the World on an Enfield in 1993 and Fastest Man Around the World in 1998 on a Truimph) testifies:
Our distinctive range of designs and traditional colors are inspired by the racers and street cultures of the past, like the burning flame of the road racers. Each helmet shell is individually hand masked and lacquered to a high finish.
All Davida helmets are made with fiberglass composite shells. They have evolved complex fiber glass shells for their modern safety helmets and also use double density liners to meet the latest European and American safety standards. Davida combines their knowledge, skills and experiences to provide a luxurious level of comfort, an excellent fit and a high standard of safety.
