For this reason Arrow has set up a new Research and Development Department where their team of technicians are very attentive to studying new and original solutions as well as the evolution of the rules that regulate the motorcycling circuits in different countries.
The test room in the R&D department, which is equipped with two dynamic test beds and one static test bed, guarantees thorough development of Arrow's exhaust devices. The test room uses state-of-the-art technology: the combustion atmosphere is air-conditioned in order to achieve constant temperature, pressure and moisture conditions. In addition, the test area also has a data-acquisition system so that all the typical engine parameters may be monitored.
Arrow Special Parts unites the tradition and care of hand-crafted workmanship with the most advanced technology. The numerous CNC machines help guarantee the highest product-quality standards. Each part is handled individually to ensure that its exclusive "Arrow Special Parts" features will be maintained. The welding phase is one of the most delicate work stages. Only the most advanced systems are used to couple the metal, from steel to titanium. the methods employed at Arrow range from traditional MIG, TIG and acetylene-torch processes to controlled-atmosphere welding when working with titanium.
